The website is hosted on CDN infrastructure. Application data (accounts, messaging, transactions) is hosted on secure servers located in West Africa or Europe, in line with the data residency requirements set out in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property
The WANYIYIN application and all of its components (source code, interface, design, database, algorithms, trade mark, logo, typefaces, proprietary photographs, text and sound) are the exclusive property of WANYIYIN S.A. They are protected by the applicable intellectual property laws, in particular Loi n°2017-20 of 20 April 2018 establishing the Digital Code of the Republic of Benin.
No reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, translation or exploitation of the application, the website or their components is permitted without WANYIYIN's prior written consent, on pain of civil and criminal proceedings.
The visual identity (logotype, emblem, colour palette, typefaces) is governed by the Wanyiyin brand guidelines. Any use by a third party requires the agreement of the communications department.
Conditions of access to the site
This website presents the WANYIYIN application for information purposes. Creating an account, joining a Circle, buying tokens and booking events are done exclusively from the mobile app, available on the App Store and Google Play.
The application is strictly reserved for natural persons aged eighteen (18) or over.
Governing law
This site and the associated contractual documents are governed by Beninese law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement within thirty (30) days, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Cotonou, Republic of Benin.
