Refund policy
What can be refunded, and what cannot
Tokens cannot be refunded once bought: they are digital value vouchers for immediate use.
Unused tokens are kept with no expiry date for as long as your account is active.
Full refund if a confirmed technical fault caused tokens to be deducted in error.
Full refund if the same transaction was charged twice.
Pro-rata refund within 30 days if Wanyiyin shuts the app down before you have used your tokens.
Any claim must reach support within 7 working days of the incident. Full conditions in the Terms of use.
