Before
- Tell someone you trust where you are going, when, and who you are meeting
- Choose a public place you already know
- Arrange your own transport, there and back
- Do not share your home address or bank details
During
- Keep your phone charged and within reach
- Never leave your drink or your belongings unattended
- Listen to your discomfort: unease is information, not rudeness
- You can leave at any moment, without explaining yourself
After
Report any worrying behaviour from the app: our team reviews every report within 72 working hours. If there is an immediate threat, write to support@wanyiyin.com with the subject "URGENT SAFETY". Those messages are handled within 4 hours.
